Window unit adapted

see examples:

One of the most common problems experienced by people in wheelchairs is window handles that are too high. Sometimes it is difficult for a healthy person to reach the handle, not to mention the disabled, and the handles, as a rule, are placed in the middle of the sash. In the adapted window unit, the sash can be opened from below so that a person in a wheelchair can reach the handles located at an accessible height.

The tilt-and-turn hardware mechanism allows a person in a wheelchair to open the window without any extra effort. Also, the use of such a mechanism is very convenient for use by the elderly.
